We operate on a strict "Brain and Hands" B2B pod model: Our Senior Enterprise Security Architect designs the high-level compliance roadmap, data governance framework, and risk strategy. You, as the certified execution specialist, build the Purview policies, configure the DLP rules, and implement the data protection controls under their direct technical mentorship.

We are actively expanding our roster of top-tier for a Client located in South Brussels, certified Microsoft Security and Compliance specialists for an hybrid B2B mandates.

The Role

• Execution & Implementation: Operate as a dedicated B2B subcontractor on bleeding-edge enterprise Microsoft Purview, Information Protection, and Data Governance projects.
• Policy Configuration: Execute the configuration of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) rules, sensitivity labels, and retention policies precisely to architectural specifications.
• AI Data Security: Implement compliance controls natively within M365 to support and secure the latest agentic architectures, ensuring data accessed by AI (like M365 Copilot) is strictly governed.
• Alert & Risk Management: Monitor compliance dashboards, investigate policy breaches, and fine-tune insider risk management parameters.
• Elite Mentorship: Gain direct, hands-on mentorship from an industry veteran in high-level data governance, zero-trust security, and advanced compliance architecture.

Strict Mandatory Requirements (Do not apply if you do not meet all 5):

1. Contract Type: Freelancer / Independent B2B Contractor ONLY.
2. Location & Rights: EU Citizenship with the ability to work in a Hybrid model (2-3 days onsite).
3. Active Certifications: You MUST hold an active Microsoft Certified: Information Protection and Compliance Administrator Associate (SC-400) OR Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900). Include the direct link to your Microsoft Learn certification profile in your application.
4. Technical Vetting: You must pass a brutal, 15-minute technical verbal screening with our Senior Architect. If you cannot explain your Purview configurations, DLP policy testing, or basic M365 security implementations off the cuff without a script, do not apply.
5. Daily Rate: You must state your exact desired B2B daily rate (in EUR) in your application. We operate on transparent pod margins. Provide your actual baseline rate, not an inflated negotiation anchor.

Highly Desired (The Differentiator):

• Hands-on exposure to securing data estates specifically for Microsoft 365 Copilot deployments (Work IQ).
• Deep conceptual understanding of Advanced eDiscovery, Insider Risk Management, or Data Lifecycle Management within the Purview suite.
• Experience mapping regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, NIS2) directly to technical configurations in Microsoft 365.
