The LTON.com "Pod" Model At LTON.com, we don't just place freelancers; we deploy expert data architecture teams. We secure complex, enterprise-grade Azure and Microsoft Fabric contracts across Europe, focusing heavily on the 2025-2026 agentic wave.

We operate on a strict "Brain and Hands" B2B pod model: Our Senior Enterprise Data & AI Architect designs the high-level roadmap, security, and architecture. You, as the certified execution specialist, build the pipelines, models, and code under their direct technical mentorship.

We are actively expanding our roster of top-tier, certified Fabric specialists for upcoming hybrid B2B mandates.

The Role

• Operate as a dedicated B2B subcontractor on bleeding-edge enterprise Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data, and GenAI projects.
• Execute data ingestion, pipeline creation, and data transformation precisely to architectural specifications.
• Implement advanced semantic modeling and ontologies natively within Fabric to support the latest agentic architectures.
• Work directly with emerging AI integration layers, including Fabric IQ, Work IQ (M365 Copilot data agents), and Foundry IQ.
• Gain direct, hands-on mentorship from an industry veteran in high-level data governance, security, and advanced lakehouse architecture.

Strict Mandatory Requirements (Do not apply if you do not meet all 4):

1. Contract Type: Freelancer / Independent B2B Contractor ONLY.
2. Location & Rights: EU Citizenship with the ability to work in a Hybrid model (2-3 days onsite).
3. Active Certifications: You MUST hold an active Microsoft Certified DP-600 (Fabric Analytics Engineer) OR DP-700 (Fabric Data Engineer). Include the direct link to your Microsoft Learn certification profile in your application.
4. Technical Vetting: You must pass a brutal, 15-minute technical verbal screening with our Senior Architect. If you cannot explain your Fabric/Azure implementations off the cuff without a script, do not apply.
5. Daily Rate: You must state your exact desired B2B daily rate (in EUR) in your application. We operate on transparent pod margins. Provide your actual baseline rate, not an inflated negotiation anchor.

Highly Desired (The Differentiator):

• Hands-on exposure to or deep conceptual understanding of Fabric's new ontology features.
• Experience integrating data estates with autonomous agents, Copilot sidecars, Work IQ, or Foundry IQ.
